Detailed Product Description
Le Nu Spa Brightening Skin Serum helps brighten the skin by inhibiting the production of melanin. It is the accumulation of melanin in the skin that is the cause of dark spots. As the skin naturally renews itself every 28 days, old pigmented cells are sloughed off and cells with less melanin will be brought to the surface giving the skin a brighter, more even toned complexion.
Unlike many skin brightening products, Le Nu Spa Skin Brightening Serum does not contain hydroquinone, a synthetic ingredient banned in many countries. Le Nu Spa Skin Brightening Serum contains three naturally-derived skin brighteners: kojic acid ester (from Japanese mushrooms), sodium ascorbyl phosphate (from Vitamin C), and niacinamide (Vitamin B3).
Aqua, isopropyl palmitate, cetearyl olivate, sorbitan olivate, glycerine, Kojic dipalmitate, sodium ascorbyl phosphate, niacinamide, cetearyl alcohol, tocopheryl acetate, aloe barbadensis (vera) leaf juice*, matricaria recutita (chamomile) flower extract*, scierotium gum, citrus aurantium dulcis (orange) fragrance, iodopropynyl butycarbamate, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol.

How does the airless pump work?
Airless pump dispensers utilize a vacuum system to dispense and keep the product within the container fresh. Airless packaging helps to keep air and contaminates out of the product, which enhances the formula’s stability and effectiveness.
Why we use airless pump instead of tube?
There are couple reasons why we choose airless pump instead of tube but the most important reasons are health, safety and cleanliness of the product. Most skin care products use a chemical called “paraben” to kill bacteria. Parabens are used in many products to kill gram positive and gram negative bacteria, but unfortunately with intensive research show health concerns for people and especially children. The number one cause of any bacterial growth is contamination from touching the nozzle and oxygen. The airless containers are a technology that has a piston in the bottom of the container that when the product is pumped follows the contents upward keeping the container completely airless. This keep the product cleaner, more pure, more effective longer with reasonable shelf life. “Draw-Back” contamination is another reason for using airless pump. Draw-Back is caused by squeezing product from the tube and has pressure is released; it actually pulls some product back in the tube. Unless you sterilize your hands with 90% alcohol before applying, bacteria from your skin are pulled back into the tube and the air in the tube provides an environment for growth.
Why isn’t my airless pump dispensing product?
When using your product for the first time, you may need to “prime” the dispenser. There is a disk that pushes the product to the top which can become stuck, and you may need to bang the bottom of the bottle 3-4 times on a flat-hard surface to loosen the disk, then pump the dispenser slowly about 15-20 times upside down. After it starts pumping you can pump right side up as normal. If the dispenser stops working at any time, simply repeat the “priming” step. We do not recommend attempting to dismantle the package. Please note that there is not supposed to be a “straw” in the packaging. If you only opened it once and were able to put it back together, the product should still be effective as long as it wasn’t exposed to air for a very long period of time.
